This text is a public offer. By paying the deposit, the Client confirms they have read and accept all its terms. The Contractor is photographer Alina Shatilo (@itsbyykva) (the "Photographer"); the Client is the person booking the shoot. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. Booking and payment

1. The date and time are secured only after a 20% deposit is paid. Without a deposit, the date is not booked.
2. The remaining amount is paid right after the shoot, on the day of the shoot.
3. Prices on the website apply when the remainder is paid in cash. Payment by card transfer adds 5%.
4. Studio rent, make-up, hair styling, transport outside the city and location entry fees are paid by the Client separately, unless agreed otherwise.

2. Rescheduling and cancellation

1. The Client may reschedule once with at least 3 days' notice. The deposit is transferred to the new date.
2. If the shoot is cancelled or rescheduled less than 3 days in advance, or the Client does not show up, the deposit is not refunded: the date was reserved for the Client and declined to others.
3. A second reschedule counts as a cancellation.
4. If the Photographer cancels (illness, force majeure), the Client chooses a new date or a full refund of the deposit.
5. Bad weather for an outdoor shoot: we decide together on rescheduling no later than one day before. This does not count as a reschedule by the Client.

3. Shoot time

1. Time starts at the agreed start. Client lateness, getting ready, outfit changes and moving between locations count towards the booked time.
2. If the Client is more than 30 minutes late, the Photographer may shorten the shoot by the time lost without a price change, or treat it as cancelled.
3. Extending the shoot on the spot is possible if the Photographer is available and is charged pro rata.

4. Results and timing

1. The number of photos in a package is a guaranteed minimum. The Photographer selects the successful shots.
2. All successful shots are delivered colour-graded as JPEG within 5–7 working days. RAW files and rejected shots are not provided or sold.
3. The Client chooses 10 photos for retouching within 14 days of delivery. If no choice is sent, the Photographer chooses or the retouching is considered complete.
4. Retouching covers skin, small imperfections, light and colour. Reshaping the body or face, background replacement and collages are not included.
5. Extra retouching and express delivery are charged separately.
6. Photos are stored by the Photographer and in the cloud for 2 months after delivery. After that they cannot be recovered.

5. Artistic style and claims

1. The Client has seen the portfolio and accepts the Photographer's artistic approach: colour, editing, retouching and selection.
2. The following are not grounds for a refund or reshoot: personal dissatisfaction with one's appearance, disagreement with the artistic editing, the Client not following styling or posing advice, weather, the Client's own choices of outfit and location.
3. Re-editing photos in a different style is available only for an extra fee.
4. The Client may not publish photos with added filters or altered editing while tagging the Photographer.

6. Rights and publishing

1. Copyright belongs to the Photographer. The Client may use the photos for personal purposes: personal social media, prints, gifts.
2. Commercial use (advertising, selling goods or services, media, contests) requires the Photographer's separate consent.
3. When publishing, the Client tags the Photographer.
4. By default, the Photographer may use the photos in the portfolio, on the website and on social media.
5. Partial privacy (+50%): the Client chooses which photos may be published. Full privacy (+100%): the Photographer publishes nothing. Privacy is agreed before the shoot.

7. Conduct at the shoot

1. The Photographer is responsible only for the photography. The Client is responsible for belongings, children and pets.
2. Children are photographed only with a parent or legal guardian present.
3. The Photographer may stop the shoot without a refund in case of rude behaviour, situations dangerous to health, or intoxication of participants that prevents work.
4. Permission to shoot in private places, cafés and venues is the Client's responsibility if the Client proposed the location.

8. Liability

1. If all material is lost through the Photographer's fault (equipment failure, memory card damage), the Photographer offers a free reshoot or refunds the money received. The Photographer's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
2. Neither party is liable in case of force majeure: natural disasters, illness, government decisions and other unforeseeable circumstances.
3. All issues are resolved through discussion in private messages.
